Our Weekend Retreat is designed for moms' who have experienced the loss of a child. Together, we will prioritize self-care, connection, and community as we learn how to navigate life after loss. Bethann will provide guidance and support throughout the weekend, helping you develop new skills and build meaningful relationships that will last a lifetime.

Spend a weekend honoring your children and sharing memories, all while working with professionals in the healing and bereavement fields. Take the time to care for yourself and find the strength to continue to move forward.

We will begin the weekend with a meet and greet on Friday night to break the ice and being to create an amazing community of love and support.
Escape the stress of everyday life with our life-changing retreat. Our revitalizing program includes sunrise yoga, self-care break out sessions, soothing massages, and more. Breakfast and lunch will be provided on Saturday You will have ample time to explore the island or simply relax on the beach. And on Sunday, we'll conclude our journey together with Sunrise Yoga and a light breakfast.
