It Comes in Waves is a support group for grieving parents.

We offer a safe, confidential space for you to connect with other families who are grieving a similar loss. The group meets twice a month with the option to be in person or virtual .

How we came to be...

After losing her son Gavin in 2022, Tiffany didn't know where to turn to find support with other parents that would "get it." Throughout her sessions with Bethann and learning how to work through her grief, she found herself wanting to provide a place for other parents to join and feel supported.

In 2023, It Comes in Waves was born.

The group has grown into a community full of love, laughter, support and friendships .

“Chris passed away 2 years ago of a fentanyl poisoning. I joined this group because I was totally broken and needed a safe space with people who had lost a child. I want to heal and hopefully help them as well.” ~Sherri
